At the heart of the RX35 is Comandante’s ultra-fine precision thread system, which doubles the available click steps compared to the standard axle. This means twice the grind resolution—giving you finer control over extraction and unlocking new levels of consistency for espresso, filter, and competition brews.
For example, if your recipe currently uses 5 clicks on the standard setup, you’ll need 10 clicks with the Red Clix. The expanded range allows you to fine-tune with half-step adjustments—perfect for dialing in lighter roasts or optimising shot times. Despite the finer increments, the click mechanism remains just as stable and durable as the original.
